By using the TrueSquare website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using TrueSquare, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

TrueSquare operates as a marketplace that connects customers with independent professional framers. We are not the service provider — the framing services are provided directly by the individual framers listed on our platform.

We verify all framers on our platform and maintain quality standards, but we do not guarantee the work of individual framers. Any contract for services is between you and the framer directly.

We facilitate introductions and may assist with dispute resolution, but we are not a party to any agreement between you and a framer.

Booking enquiries submitted through TrueSquare are subject to availability and confirmation by the framer. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from the framer.

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and deposit requirements are set by individual framers and will be communicated to you before confirming a booking.

TrueSquare does not currently process payments on behalf of framers. All payments are made directly to the framer according to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueSquare shall not be liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by framers
• The accuracy of information provided by framers
• Any disputes between you and a framer
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of TrueSquare shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
