Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to join TrueSquare?

There is no upfront fee to join. We operate on a simple commission model — you only pay when you complete a booking through the platform.

What commission do you take?

Our standard commission is 15% of the booking value. This covers client acquisition, platform maintenance, and ongoing support.

How do I get paid?

Clients pay you directly for your services. We do not handle payments between you and your clients — you maintain full control of your pricing and payment terms.

Can I set my own prices?

Absolutely. You set your own rates for each service you offer. We may provide pricing guidance based on market data, but final pricing is always your decision.

What areas do you cover?

We are launching in London and the South East, with plans to expand across the UK. If you are outside these areas, we still encourage you to apply — we will be in touch when we launch near you.

How long does the application process take?

We review every application personally within 5 working days. If successful, we will arrange a brief call or studio visit to complete your onboarding.
